About the piece

Mozart entered this sonata in his catalogue in June 1788 as « a little piano sonata for beginners ». Published after his death, it became known as the Sonata facile, the « easy sonata », and its opening is among the best known in all piano music.

You play the right hand of the first bars and the first scale, moved a minor third higher, to E-flat major, to fit the 17 keys.
